Dr Anthony is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Endoscopist based in Auckland, New Zealand.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Auckland in 2013. Following graduation, Anthony completed extensive postgraduate training across New Zealand hospitals, gaining broad experience in internal medicine before specialising in gastroenterology.

In 2025, he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) in both Gastroenterology and General & Acute Care Medicine.

Anthony completed two years of advanced endoscopy fellowship training at North Shore Hospital, where he developed expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. He now practices as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at North Shore Hospital and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based digestive health care.

He provides comprehensive assessment and management of gastrointestinal conditions, with particular expertise in endoscopy, bowel cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, and functional gastrointestinal disorders.

Anthony's approach is centred on clear communication, patient reassurance, and collaborative care with general practitioners and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their care journey.

Outside of medicine, Anthony is a proud husband and father to two young children. He enjoys and spending time outdoors, with a particular passion for tennis, golf, skiing, and planning family adventures.
